Calling all you retro lovers out there! This is a goodun!

We just love this Mid Century Teak Ladderax shelving. This was made in England and dates from the 1960’s. This incredibly stylish, practicle and versatile system is completely adaptable to your needs.

There is enough shelving here to create up to 7 bays of shelving in a continuous line if you wish. Alternately, you might wish to do a smaller bay, and have a separate section set up in a different area or room. Whatever you want to do, it’s up to you.

The shelves and storage boxes can all be configured wherever you want them and at whichever height. It is very easy to assemble, once the cabinets are all in place, it is completely self supporting. You may wish to screw the system to the wall for additional safety. Your choice.

This system comprises of the following pieces;

8 Slatted End Panels, 2 drawers, 2 storage boxes with pull down doors, 1 storage box with sliding doors, 9 standard width shelves, 4 narrow width shelves, 2 shelves with lipped edges. Accompanying support bars; 32 standard width bars to support most of the accessories and shelves. 7 narrow bars (for the narrow shelves) so this is one short, as it would need an eighth to get all 4 narrow shelves on. It also comes with 4 bars for back support that can be screwed on.

All in very good condition for the age, with minor wear here and there (odd chips and scratches etc).

This furniture oils up beautifully with either teak or danish oil.

The 4 bay run pictured measures a total width of 354cm. All bays are the same height of 200cm. Depth vary slightly but on average are about 40cm.

A standard width single bay (with standard shelves) would measure 93cm whereas the narrow bay (with narrow shelves) would measure 78cm.

The whole system flat packs down apart from the drawers and storage boxes.

There are no keys for the drawers and boxes with locks, but as you can see they are open.

Delivery: please contact us for either collection or a bespoke delivery quote via courier. This is a large system that is weighty and is likely to be a few hundred pounds to deliver.
